One of our biggest strengths as a firm is the camaraderie and friendship we share. Our teams perform better for our clients when team members are friends as well as co-workers. One way we provide this opportunity is through our quarterly “mixers” for all employees. We meet outside the office for happy hour, followed by a short meeting headed by our CEO.

Morley alternates annual events for employees and their families. One year we have a semi-formal dinner dance and the other, a family picnic. The reason for two events is our recognition that some employees and families feel more comfortable at different types of venues and we want to include everyone.

We believe in working smart and playing hard, and sponsor many company sporting events including an annual golf tournament, company ski trip, softball team, basketball team and several teams in the Jimmy Stewart Relay Marathon. Each of our personnel promotions is also a cause for celebration and recognition.
