Metropolitan and Skyline are two 14-story structures that provide 471 living units to the Southpark residential community in downtown Los Angeles. Approximately 33,000 sf of retail and office space, as well as subterranean parking for nearly 900 cars are included in the projects, which encompass an entire city block. On-site amenities include a generously landscaped plaza, recreation area, swimming pool and spa at each project.
