Fountain Park Apartments was the first project of the Playa Vista community. The project includes 705 units with 12,000 sf of retail space. Four stories of wood-frame living units are built over one and one-half subterranean parking levels for 1,448 cars. The project was designed and constructed in accordance with Playa Vista's high level of sustainability guidelines (28% more energy efficient than California's Title 24 standards.)
