Project Description:
Holly Street Village is a mixed-use project in Old Town Pasadena combining 374 apartment units, 16 of which are loft units converted from the historic Hall of Justice building. The project includes approximately 11,000 sf of retail space, subterranean parking for 591 cars and was built in anticipation of a light rail station at this site. Today, the Metro Gold Line is situated beneath the west end of the project, allowing easy commuter traffic to and from the apartments. Eleven sources of funding were coordinated to complete the project.
