As Construction Manager for the initial phases of the replacement of UCLA's Santa Monica hospital facility, Morley completed the reconstruction of the Merle Norman Pavilion, including a new MRI suite, a 17,000 sf medical suite with 22 examination rooms, a 17,000 sf central plant to support the main hospital facility and a new 523-car parking structure. The project required intricate scheduling, as the new facility was built directly adjacent to the existing hospital, which maintained full operation.
