The Hollywood Y underwent extensive renovation, structural upgrades, and restoration of the historic, three-story YMCA residential tower/office building. The dance studios, swimming pools, fitness, recreation, and locker room facilities were modernized, including the upgraded mechanical and electrical systems. The "Y" remained fully occupied and operational throughout construction.
