Holly Street Village is a mixed-use project in Old Town Pasadena combining 374 apartment units, 16 of which are loft units converted from the historic Hall of Justice building. Holly Street Village was one of Morley's earliest sustainable efforts. The purchase of precut header packages resulted in the savings of over 120,000 board-feet of lumber, and a construction waste program recycled 74% of the project's total waste.
