Harbor View Place is the first phase of the New Dana Strand redevelopment that, when complete, will include a total of 413 family housing units on a public housing site in the Wilmington neighborhood. Harbor View Place features four buildings and 120 rentable units. Amenities include a community room, an after-school area, a computer room, and a courtyard with a playground and barbecue areas. Over 230 surface parking spaces were also included in the project.
