Project Description:
5600 Wilshire is a classic mixed-use project featuring 284 units over three levels (one subterranean) of parking for 592 cars. The project boasts 13,200 sf of ground floor restaurant and retail space along Wilshire Boulevard, as well as a recreation center with pool and spa for residents. This project achieved a Silver rating from the U.S. Green Building Council and is the first multifamily development in Los Angeles to receive a GreenPoint-Rated designation from Build It Green. Throughout the accelerated construction process, Morley diverted more than 70% of construction waste, utilized more than 20% of post- and pre-consumer recycled content, and secured more than 40% of all materials and furnishings from vendors that were within a 500-mile radius.
