Thornton Lofts is a beach-side mixed-use development consisting of two buildings, one with four units and one with six. The loft-style units range in size from 2,500 sf to 2,800 sf and feature exposed structural steel elements, polished concrete floors and ocean views. The project includes 1,000 sf of retail space along Ocean Front Walk and partially subterranean parking.
