Del Rey North and South Residence Halls are two, four-story residential dormitories with 240 units that share a freestanding community building over one level of subterranean parking for 172 cars. Communal spaces include a pizza parlor, interior dining areas, classrooms, staff offices, meeting rooms, laundry rooms and a reception area. The project obtained a LEED® Certified rating from the U.S. Green Building Council.
