Madame Tussauds Hollywood is a 40,000 sf three-story structural steel building adjacent to Grauman’s Chinese Theater featuring a wax museum attraction and two subterranean levels of parking for 94 cars. Core and shell work includes zinc panel cladding, a curtain wall system and curved masonry shear walls. The completed project highlights a forecourt facing Hollywood Boulevard with architectural concrete along the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
