The third phase of UCI's student housing development consists of three major sites that include: three, four-story apartments buildings with 389 units, a community building and a maintenance building; 22, three-story townhouse student apartment builidngs with 331 units, a community building and a maintenance building; and a seven-level parking structure with room for 1,815 cars. This project is striving to obtain a LEED Silver rating from the U.S. Green Building Council.
