On a site shared between unincorporated Los Angeles County and the City of Compton, Casa Dominquez is a 70-unit multifamily and service-oriented development. Services include child care, a health care clinic, a parent resource center and on-site property management. Amenities include a computer room, communal laundry, landscaped courtyards and a community room. This project is the first multifamily affordable housing project in California anticipated to receive a LEED Platinum rating from the U.S. Green Building Council.
