Meeting a community’s need for affordable housing is never easy. Non-profit developers and governing agencies are the leaders trying to fill the affordable housing needs. Morley has a vast knowledge of the rules, regulations, and compliance procedures that surround affordable housing projects with government, and agency funding. In-house compliance coordinators understand and execute documentation, and provide verification for regulating entities.
