Morley Builders provides a Contractor Controlled Insurance Program (CCIP) for its not-for-sale residential projects. This insurance program provides general liability coverage for the company, and its subcontractors. The CCIP program enhances cost estimates during the preconstruction phase and allows for the selection of subcontractors best-qualified to perform the work. If a for-sale project requires an Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) or a Contractor Controlled Insurance Program (CCIP), Morley Builders can assist owners in reviewing and obtaining appropriate project-specific insurance to protect the team members.
