While individual projects pose unique challenges, our knowledge of engineering technologies allow us to remain an innovator in maintaining and increasing the structural integrity of a building. Morley is a member of the Structural Engineers Association of Southern California and San Diego, Earthquake Engineering Research Institute, and the American Concrete Institute.

In 1991, Morley was believed to be the first contractor in the United States to retrofit a major occupied structure with a base isolation system; and, in 2000, was believed to be the first contractor in Southern California to retrofit a concrete building with a friction damper system.
