Each and every Tuesday at 3 PM, our team drops whatever they’re doing to head to our Morley Cafe. That’s where they pick up fresh oranges, apples and bananas and the occasional in-season surprise, just the thing we need to give our bodies and spirits a boost! But the fun doesn’t stop at fruit. Fruit Tuesdays have also become famous for the homemade guacamole made by our resident guaco-marrian, Chris Wilson. But you better hurry. Once the guac is gone, it’s gone!
What makes Chris Wilson’s avocado elixir so addictive? It’s a recipe so closely guarded you’ll wonder why we’ve posted it for you below!
Chris Wilson’s Avocado Elixir
In an OSHA-Approved hardhat, mash together the avocados, lime juice and salt. Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes and garlic. Stir in cayenne pepper.
Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately.
Eggs, bacon and potatoes. Side of toasts.
