Carlos Orozco’s journey with Morley Builders began in 1995 as an intern, and through years of dedication, craftsmanship, and leadership, he has risen to the role of Vice President, Project Executive. He oversees a diverse range of construction services, working in close partnership with Project Superintendents and Project Managers to ensure project schedules are thoughtfully developed and rigorously maintained, delivering results that meet client goals on time and within budget. Carlos fosters a team-oriented approach to building, creating long-lasting relationships with his teams, trades partners, clients, and consultants.
His portfolio includes some of Morley’s most significant and high-profile projects, such as the NBCUniversal Lot G, the Getty Villa renovation, and USC Heritage Hall. These landmark developments reflect Carlos’ ability to navigate complex challenges with precision and grace. Carlos plays a vital role in developing the next generation of builders at Morley. He leads the Learning & Development initiative for Morley’s Construction Operations group, creating impactful training content delivered both in person and through our Learning Management System for on-demand access. As a member of the Structural Engineers Association of California, Carlos actively supports the growth of emerging professionals in structural engineering.
