In the construction industry since 2005, Casey Teng brings 20+ years of experience to his role as Project Executive. He oversees a full range of concrete construction services for the San Diego region by providing leadership of multiple concrete subcontract projects from preconstruction to closeout. Casey’s strengths lie in cost management, project organization, communication, and the development and maintenance of clients.
Since joining the Morley team in 2010, Casey has successfully managed over $250 million worth of concrete projects in a variety of market sectors, from high-rise residential developments and civic structures to medical and government agency facilities. Some of his most notable projects include Ballpark Village, San Diego Central Courthouse, and the UCSD Hillcrest McGrath Outpatient Pavillion. Having worked both for a structural engineering firm and as a construction manager for a general contractor, Casey brings a unique and valuable perspective to every project he leads.
Casey thrives in the hands-on, collaborative, and relational nature of construction. Outside of work, he served as the president of the American Concrete Institute San Diego Chapter and is an Associate Member on the American Concrete Institute’s Concrete Constructability Technical Committee. Based on practical experience, technical insight, and a genuine passion for building strong teams and lasting client partnerships, Casey approaches every project with a problem-solver mindset and a people-first attitude.
