Ms. Verrips will oversee daily operations for all construction activities across a variety of market sectors, drive business development, and focus on existing and new client relationships. The MB Contractors team will benefit from Ms. Verrips’ nearly 20 years of extensive construction industry experience, stressing process improvement, financial management, project management, and staff development.
Ms. Verrips has successfully completed complex projects ranging from commercial high-rise buildings to mixed-use developments. With a proven track record overseeing preconstruction efforts to certificate of occupancy, she has developed effective strategies for delivering projects with a focus on cost, schedule, safety and exceptional quality.
