Morley Builders Announces Executive Promotions

Morley Builders strengthens its Construction Operations Team with the promotions of Ryan Hupf, Ron Elazar, and Bryan Kang.

Ryan Hupf | Vice President, Chief Operations Officer

Morley has promoted Ryan Hupf, a 24-year veteran of the firm, to Vice President, Chief Operations Officer.  Ryan will oversee Morley’s general contracting and self-perform operations business units. Ryan will continue his client-focused efforts while leading Morley’s operational excellence goals. Ryan has earned the respect of clients and co-workers by his hard work, creativity, and uncompromising integrity. Ryan’s passion for the future of the building industry shines in his leadership of the Associated Schools of Construction annual competition in Sparks, Nevada. Over 53 schools and 1,300 students participate in a three-day competition solving real industry project challenges in thirteen different categories. Ryan holds a BS in Construction Management from the University of Washington and is a graduate of the Executive Program in Management from the UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management.

 

 

 

 

Ron Elazar | Executive Vice President, Construction Operations

Morley has promoted Ron Elazar, a 29-year veteran of the firm, to Executive Vice President, Construction Operations. Ron will oversee Morley’s general contracting operations business unit including business development and estimating. Ron’s client dedication and creative problem solving has led to laser-focused, high-performing construction teams that deliver on commitments while providing value-added services that benefit the building process. Ron is a strong community supporter and is the incoming president of the USC Architectural Guild. Ron holds a BS in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and is a graduate of the Executive Program in Management from the UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management.

 

 

 

 

 

Bryan Kang | Vice President, Self-Perform Operations

Morley has promoted Bryan Kang, a 12-year veteran of the firm, to Vice President, Self-Perform Operations. Bryan will oversee Morley’s self-perform operations business unit.  Bryan’s promotion from Vice President Preconstruction of self-perform work will create an integrated business unit providing self-perform concrete expertise across the Southern California region. Bryan supports future industry professionals by devoting his time to UCLA’s ASCE Student Chapter by organizing workshops for their Concrete Solutions Teams. Bryan holds a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and is a graduate of the Executive Program in Management from the UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management.
