Community Corporation of Santa Monica is leading the Arroyo’s development from start to finish in partnership with Morley Builders. Featured in Affordable Housing News publication, The Arroyo is located in the heart of Santa Monica and aims to make the city more inclusive and accessible for lower-income individuals and families. The project is being constructed in an effort to bring major opportunities to people in need and to extend Santa Monica’s wealth of transit, jobs and location to the public.
