UCSD Viterbi Family Vision Research Center

The Viterbi Family Vision Research Center is a new 115,000-square-foot laboratory research building for ophthalmologic diseases. Located on UCSD’s campus in the Health Sciences East Neighborhood, the facility will include an office/administrative block, wet laboratory, vivarium, café, and conference center.

 

Morley Construction Company is providing concrete subcontracting services for the five-story, cast-in-place concrete structure, with one level on grade and five elevated decks. Scope of work includes foundations, columns, walls, cast-in-place decks, miscellaneous curbs, and pads totaling over 9,000 cubic yards of concrete.
