Brick & Machine is a 156,000 gross square foot, new Type II, 3- to 4-story core & shell office building, over 3 levels of subterranean parking garage, located in Downtown Culver City. The project includes 60,000 square feet of office space, 13,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space, and parking for 215 vehicles. The building includes two interlocking, but contrasting components: Brick and Machine. Brick, the north side of the building, is clad in thin-set brick, while Machine, the south side, is clad in storefront and blue, custom-perforated metal panels and screens.
The project is expected to reach completion in late 2021.
