The Morley Builders headquarters reflects our ongoing commitment to environmentally responsible construction. The office space exemplifies a construction lab which highlights rather than hides the structure and structural elements. The office is a tilt-up building consisting of an existing 20,000-square-foot one-story and 6,000-square-foot mezzanine. Interior construction included installation of drywall, steel stairs, glass office walls, painting, cabinets, floor coverings, and MEP system. The LEED Gold sustainable workplace is collaborative, flexible, and egalitarian. Sustainable components include lighting controls which work with 26 skylights for energy conservation, low to no emitting sealants, paints, flooring, and composite wood. Compelling construction tools, artifacts, and graphics have been incorporated to celebrate Morley’s rich history of building landmark projects.
