The Skechers Headquarters campus expansion includes new construction of a two-story, Type II commercial office building above a three-level subterranean parking garage with 176 parking stalls totaling 107,300 gross square feet. Located on Pacific Coast Highway in Manhattan Beach, the 36,000-square-foot office building includes an open-space deck on the second floor, promoting a modern and collaborative work environment. The exterior façade features floor-to-ceiling glass with a combination of exposed concrete and metal panels. The project is part of Skechers’ efforts to consolidate their corporate offices in the South Bay. The project is targeting LEED Gold certification.
