This contemporary styled community aesthetically serves as the bridge between existing residential neighborhoods on the UCI East Campus and the institutional architecture of the campus core.

 

Student Apartment Housing (Building ‘A’) – This new 5 story, Type III structure consists of: 410 apartment units ranging from 1-4 bedrooms totaling 1,441 beds; a community center; multiple exterior communal courtyards with decorative hardscape, a BBQ area, climbing boulders, and scattered study cabanas; and 304 covered bicycle parking spots.

 

The Community Center – This 12,517 sf 3-story concrete structure consists of a multipurpose space, café-lounge, fitness center, leasing offices, internet café, study rooms, and 107 covered bicycle parking spots.

 

Parking Structure – This new, 5-story Type II open parking garage will provide 532 parking spaces, 906 covered bicycle parking spaces, a maintenance office and bike hub on the ground level. The garage will feature an intricate exterior aluminum skin and total 179,205 sf.
