UCR Dundee-Glasgow

The Dundee Student Housing and Glasgow Dining Project includes two residential towers and a new dining facility on UC Riverside’s campus.

 

Dundee Residence Hall (North and South) consists of two 7-story, wood-frame over concrete podium buildings providing 820 beds for undergraduate students, three seminar rooms, a large multi-purpose space, student lounges, laundry rooms, and a residential service office. Glasgow Dining Facility is a two-story, 50,000 sf venue including an exhibition bakery, retail store, two private dining rooms, and over $6 million in food service equipment. The building, constructed of structural steel frames, seats 830 people and will replace the existing campus dining hall.

 

The project is expected to reach completion in fall 2020 and is targeting LEED Silver certification.
