10 West Walnut is an extensive mixed-use complex in Old Town Pasadena incorporating a residential development (AMLI Old Pasadena Apartments), an office complex (10 West Pasadena Office), and a 460,000-square-foot subterranean parking garage with 1,119 spaces.
AMLI Old Pasadena consists of five, five-story residential buildings with 394 apartment units over 14,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. 10 West Pasadena Office consists of a five-story, Class A creative office building totaling 233,000 square feet and ground-floor restaurant space. The office and residential sections are joined by a shared podium deck. The project totals over 1,200,000 square feet and achieved LEED Silver (AMLI Old Pasadena Apartments) and LEED Gold (10 West Pasadena Office) certifications.
