Morley Construction Company provided concrete subcontracting services for the Hallasan Apartments project, a 37-story residential high-rise tower featuring 375 contemporary units and retail space located in the Koreatown neighborhood of Los Angeles. The 695,600-square-foot, Type I project includes 28 stories of residential apartments, seven stories of above-grade parking, one level of lobby/leasing and amenity space, a rooftop pool and lounge, and three levels of subterranean parking.
Morley’s structural concrete scope of work consists of 39,600 total cubic yards of concrete. This includes 7,500 cubic yards of mat foundation, 1,300 cubic yards of below-grade decks, 18,500 cubic yards of above-grade decks, and 2,700 cubic yards of columns.
