1902 Wilshire is an eight-story mixed-use development incorporating 6,200 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and four levels of subterranean parking. The Type III over Type I building totals 210,870 square feet and will provide 140 units (14 affordable units). The 80,800-square-foot parking garage will provide 191 parking stalls, 165 bike stalls, EV charging stations, and a basement-level pet wash. Amenities include club room with full kitchen, large fitness center, coworking space, Level 7 terrace, and rooftop pool with grills and firepits. The project is targeting LEED Silver certification.
