Located in the Cornfield Arroyo district of Chinatown, 200 Mesnager is a 384,200-square-foot mixed-use development adjacent to the Los Angeles Historic Park. The project comprises four Type III wood-frame residential buildings above a Type I concrete podium with both residential and commercial uses. Two levels of subterranean parking will provide 293 auto and 24 motorcycle stalls.

When complete, the project will offer 280 residential units and 22,000 square feet of commercial space, blending retail offerings with creative office. Amenities include housing support and service spaces, fitness facility with yoga studio, dog park, fire pit, BBQ area, and a pool on the second level. The ground floor will feature an open-air public courtyard with a landscaped oculus made of suspended stainless-steel cables.
