Caroline Severance affordable housing consists of two, 5-story Type III residential mixed-use buildings, which include two levels of subterranean parking for 104 cars. The project site is a complete block long in the north and south direction. Zone 1, or the north building, includes 30 units over a child care center and one level of parking. Zone 2, or the south building, includes 55 units with offices and a community center on the first floor with two levels of parking.
