The Arlington is a new 100% affordable family housing development in the Arlington Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles. The 104,000-square-foot project consists of new construction of a Type V, four-story building with 84 total units made up of studio, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Amenities include a fitness facility, club room, laundry facility, onsite management office, bike storage, and outdoor courtyard. The ground level features 1,700 square feet of retail space and a surface parking lot with 48 spaces. The project is targeting LEED Gold certification.
