New Economics for Women’s Tierra del Sol consists of four, three-story wood-frame buildings over one level of subterranean parking. The project includes 119 affordable apartments ranging from one to five bedrooms, and an independent 1,500-square-foot single-story recreation/learning center that shares its site with a charter elementary school. The sources of funding for this project included LADH, CRA, JER Hudson (Investment Capital) and US Bank.
