Vista Terrace is a new affordable housing development in Panorama City for repeat client, Thomas Safran & Associates. The 113,000-square-foot project consists of construction of a four-story, Type V over Type I building with 102 total units. The unit breakdown includes 48 studios, 27 two-bedrooms, 26 three-bedrooms, and 1 manager unit. The 21,300-square-foot parking garage will provide 55 parking spaces. Amenities include a community room, fitness room, laundry facilities, recreational areas, and an onsite management office. The project is targeting GreenPoint certification.
