The five-story Type III wood-framed apartment building over a Type I raised podium also features two levels of subterranean parking and a community space. The common space includes onsite property management offices, community rooms, community laundry facility, central courtyard, and a landscaped roof terrace. The project was subject to LA Housing Department prevailing wage compliance.
