As part of the recent downtown transformation, WREN – a large mixed-use development on six acres – is redefining the urban profile of Los Angeles’ South Park district. Morley Builders teamed with Tishman Construction for this portion of the development featuring 362 apartment units in five stories of wood-framed housing, two levels of metal stud framed housing and two levels of subterranean parking. The project features a community-serving public park and retail space on the corner of Pico Boulevard and Olive Street.

Amenities include double height lofts, private patios, and a porte-cochere between the two residential lobbies. An array of conveniences are available in this pet-friendly development including dog runs and a dog wash center.
