Developed across two parcels (1402 Wilshire and 1211-1217 14th Street) in Santa Monica, Tierra Apartments is a new six-story, 100% affordable senior housing development totaling 93,000 square feet. The Type III over Type I structure features 82 units with ground level parking. Amenities include offices, communal laundry rooms, landscaped private interior courtyards, two roof terraces, and EV parking.

Tierra Apartments is a public-private partnership; the City of Santa Monica owns the 14th Street parcel and is providing a ground lease back to Hollywood Community Housing Corporation to facilitate the site’s development.
