The Century + Restorative Care Village project is a 120,700-square-foot affordable housing development in the Lincoln Heights neighborhood of East Los Angeles. Phase I will bring 146 units to Los Angeles General Medical Center’s Restorative Care Village, as well as shared community spaces, a 12-bed peer respite facility, and onsite supportive services. The six-story, Type III over Type I building features ground level parking and amenities such as a community room, therapy-wellness center, residential services, laundry rooms, community garden, and outdoor galleries.
The project is part of a two-phase master plan that aims to create a new model for addressing the continuum of healthcare in partnership with local community groups and the County of Los Angeles General Hospital and University of Southern California Hospital.
