Toyon Gardens is a 77,000-square-foot affordable housing development in the El Camino Village neighborhood of LA County. The five-story, Type IIIA over Type IA building comprises 78 units, with 60 permanent supportive housing units dedicated to homeless persons living with a disability, and people and families experiencing homelessness. Unit breakdown includes 15 studios, 53 one-bedrooms, and 10 two-bedroom units. The building will host onsite supportive services and a 38-stall parking garage at ground level. Amenities include a community room, laundry facilities, outdoor picnic area, bike storage, and a dog run.
