Building 408 is a new 98,200 -square-foot affordable public housing development providing 101 units for veterans and their families. The project is part of the West Los Angeles VA Campus, a new permanent supportive housing campus from the Veterans Collective, a partnership between Century Housing Corporation, Thomas Safran & Associates, and US Vets. The project comprises four levels of Type V-A on-grade and three levels of Type V-A over Type I podium. The project includes 7,100 square feet of commercial space and amenities such as a community room, fitness room, laundry facilities, and case offices.
