Morley is constructing a new Learning Center at the Pasadena Conservatory of Music (PCM), a nonprofit organization providing music education for students of all ages. The Learning Center will add classrooms, studios, and an outdoor performance space, as well as remodel some existing spaces. The Learning Center is the second phase of a campus master plan developed by Architectural Resource Group for PCM.

The project consists of demolition of an existing single-story building and new construction of a two-story building adjoining to the existing main building via bridge; tenant improvements in the main building; and 3,800 square feet of sitework including utilities and a landscaped outdoor performance amphitheater.

Construction is being performed on an active campus adding another layer of complexity to the project.
