The Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Miramar P-201 F-35C Joint Strike Fighter Maintenance Hangar project consists of construction of a new facility supporting two F-35C aircraft maintenance squadrons and ancillary support areas. Hangar functions include administration, training, operational, maintenance, personnel support spaces, secure area, and ground support equipment storage.

Morley Construction Company is providing concrete subcontracting services for the 166,000-square-foot Type II hangar and five ancillary areas: Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) Vault, Airfield Lighting (AFL) Vault, Cryogenics Storage, Wash Rack Control, and Telecommunications Hut. Scope of work includes foundations, slab-on-grade, walls, roof deck/lid, slab-on-metal-deck, and topping slabs.
