The Illumina P1 Parking Garage project provided a 498-stall parking structure on the Illumina campus in San Diego. Morley Construction Company provided concrete subcontracting services for the project, totaling nearly 5,000 cubic yards of concrete. The project was a fast design-build to allow an existing parking lot to be closed for the construction of a new office building. Special features of the project included painted concrete, stone veneer, green screen, glazing, and fabric screen. Sustainable features include 33kw PV panels on the roof and 10 electric car charging stalls.
