Encompassing a full city block and five-acre property in Hollywood, Echelon Studios is a new production hub integrating soundstage production facilities and working studio lot with digital production and creative office space. The complex includes four 19,000-square-foot soundstages and a 15,000-square-foot flex stage; 90,000-square-foot “creative village” comprising high-end office bungalows centered around an expansive courtyard; two six-story office towers totaling 350,000-square-feet;12,300-square-foot ground level restaurant space; and parking for 981 vehicles in two subterranean levels.

Morley is providing structural concrete services for the project totaling 72,000 cubic yards. The concrete structure will cover almost 1 million square feet including 215,000 square feet of mat foundations and 780,000 square feet of elevated decks for the two concrete frame office buildings over the ground-level podium deck and two levels of below-grade parking. The steel frame studio structures and bungalows will require 210,000 square feet of topping slabs and slabs-on-metal-deck.
