Morley Construction Company provided structural and architectural concrete services for this production studio in Santa Monica. The two-story building includes a stage and several production suites. The exterior design is board-formed concrete with a few interior board-formed concrete wall features. Challenges included achieving consistency of both the shotcrete and cast-in-place finishes, and forming the walls within the small space available near the adjacent building.
